Registered Dietitian and Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor

helping you heal your relationship with food so you can live the life you deserve

Curious if this work may be right for you?

  • Are you overwhelmed by food rules and confusing messages about nutrition?

  • Are you tired of “food noise” and obsessive thoughts about your body and what you eat?

  • Have you ever felt out of control with food, or that you’re ruled by emotional eating?

  • Do you find cravings overwhelming or have trouble connecting with hunger or fullness cues?

  • Are you tired of tracking your intake, or having the number on the scale dictate what you can eat?

  • Have you had success with diets in the past, but had trouble sticking to them longer term?

  • Are you ready to make peace with your body?

  • Have you heard of intuitive eating, but are unsure where to start?

If you answered yes to any of these questions, you are not alone. My hope is to provide a safe, compassionate place to explore beliefs about food and bodies, and help you learn how to nourish your body, mind and soul so you can live the life you deserve.
